Farmer and group registration

Tell MoFirms about your farming activities, the markets you serve, and the support that could help your farm or organisation grow. A MoFirms reviewer will assess your submission and follow up if needed.

Before you begin

Provide information you are authorised to share. Group representatives should have permission to submit group information.
Identity and registration evidence is optional. Only upload documents relevant to the selected review, and do not upload bank statements, tax PIN records, passwords, or unrelated people's IDs.
Uploads are limited to 20 documents, 5 MB each and 100 MB total. Accepted types: PDF, JPG and PNG.
Uploaded evidence is scheduled for deletion after one year. Farmer profiles and assessments are scheduled for deletion after two years without recorded contact.

This portal is running in local development. Do not enter real personal information or upload real identity documents until MoFirms has approved the privacy notice and deployed the service to secure production hosting.

Privacy and consent

MoFirms uses the information on this form to assess your farming or organisation needs, review submitted evidence, and contact you about the registration. Access is restricted to authorised MoFirms staff.

Farmer profile and assessment details are scheduled for deletion after two years without recorded contact. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting mconceptslimited@gmail.com. This notice and retention schedule must be reviewed and approved by MoFirms before the portal accepts real registrations.

Research invitations are separate from registration. You may withdraw optional invitation permission by contacting MoFirms. If you represent a group, this choice applies only to you as the named contact; every participant must make their own choice.
